What are some things you can do?

If you have one or more lists, such as a mailing list, we can import, merge, and compare the lists for duplicates.
You can also select and generate lists based on information within the list or by using fields you have created.

Another example would be if you have sales data, and need to generate reports based on corresponding data from another list or table, we can correlate the information to produce the needed reports.

Also, stored information, such as customer information, service calls, service schedules, contracts, etc. can be conveniently maintained and accessed anywhere you have internet access.



Subscription Programs:

Our Truck Repair Shop (TRS) program is our primary subscription program, tailored specifically for small to medium size diesel repair facilities and maintenance shops. Other programs can be quickly tailored to accomodate your specific business.

  • The basic TRS program allows you to quickly generate invoices and maintain accounts receivable.
  • You can also look up previous maintenance and service for vechicles within a specific customer's fleet.
  • The extended program allows you to track time on jobs and also maintain employee time and payroll.
  • You can access the program from any computer which has a browser and internet access — even away from the office!
  • Custom features can be added for a reasonable programming charge.
  • Customer service is available 24/7, and any problems are typically resolved within 24 hours.
